A service needs a code (2 to 10 letters or numbers) and a name. A description and an icon help customers choose. The service shows on the kiosk as soon as it is added.
A new service goes at the end of the last kiosk row, or on a new row when that one is full. Move it in the Kiosk layout above.
Drag a service to move it: along its row, to another row, or onto Add a row to start a new one. With a service selected, the arrow keys move it too. Nothing changes on the kiosk until you press Save layout.
Change a service and press Save on its card. A service with customers on record cannot be deleted; turn it off instead, so its history stays in the reports. Services are listed in the order they appear on the kiosk.
Services in the same group share one card on the lobby monitor, for example Building Dept. A group needs a short id, such as "permits". The id cannot be changed later.
A group that still has services cannot be deleted. Move those services to another group first. To show a new group on a monitor, choose it in Settings, under Monitor configuration.
Add a language, then translate the services, groups and kiosk wording for it on the Translations tab. The kiosk offers a language as soon as it is on. Use the language's own name, such as Español.
English is always available. Turn a language off to hide it from the kiosk without losing its translations.
The English is shown beside each item. Leave a box empty to use the English on the kiosk.
